Man, I sprained my ankle during soccer practise on Wednesday. No fun. I wanted to play soccer on Saturday, but it looks like that's just not gonna happen. sigh.

Bike ride

I went on a bike ride on the MKT today. We rode about 20 miles in two hours. It felt so good! The weather outside is a beautiful 70 degrees, and the wind is just blowing hard enough. I am sore, sunburned, thirsty, and loving every minute of it!
